Collagen Latte Recipe

Did you know... ?? Turmeric is best taken when mixed with other ingredients that contain fat (as turmeric is better absorbed with fat). Best mixed in a smoothie with avocado or coconut milk/cream or in a latte with cream, butter or coconut.

Collagen Turmeric Latte Recipe

 

 Ingredients

1 Scoop Turmeric Age-Defying Collagen Intensive Xtra!

1 cup of milk of your choice (Full Fat Milk or Coconut Cream recommended as Turmeric is better absorbed with fats or add a bit of butter)

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon

 

Place all ingredients (except cinnamon) in a blender to blend and then transfer to a pot to heat gently until hot.

Pour into a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Enjoy.

Mixing it in the blender makes it nice and frothy like a latte.
