Chocolate Avocado Chia Mousse (great dessert or snack)
2 ripe avocados
1 scoop unflavoured, or vanilla Younger Secrets Age-Defying Collagen Intensive
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1-2 tablespoon raw cacao
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend until smooth (add a little coconut milk to too thick) Pour into small ramekins and chill.
