Chewy pea protein bars
The dry ingredients:
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup ground flax seeds
50g pea protein powder
2 scoops Younger Secrets Age-Defying Marine Collagen Intensive
¼ cup chia seeds
The wet ingredients:
250g pitted dates
140g coconut oil (melted)
75ml honey/maple syrup/agave syrup
4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Soak the dates in hot water for 30 minutes.
Blend the dry ingredients for a few seconds to break them up a bit. Add the wet ingredients to the food processor and mix until combined
