Breakfast Chia pudding
¼ cup chia seeds
1 scoop unflavoured, or vanilla Younger Secrets Age-Defying Collagen Intensive
1 cup of milk of choice
1 tablespoon honey
Mix together and allow to set in the fridge (best done the night before)
If you find the texture a little weird you can blend it before setting
Add fresh fruit, nuts or toasted muesli for crunch ..enjoy
