Breakfast Banana Pancakes
3 eggs
½ cup preferred milk
1 banana
1-2 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
2 scoops unflavoured or vanilla Younger Secrets Age-Defying Collagen Intensive
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp salt
Blend or mix
Cook spoonfuls in a fry pan in butter or ghee until bubbles appear and then turn over
Serve with butter and maple syrup and more banana
